Founded On Mission Critical Work
E-Tools AI Corporation is an AI software platform company in Sonoma, California, building AI-native development tools and workforce transition services. Incorporated in Delaware in March 2026, we grew out of Electronic Tools Company, the team that delivered Rwanda's national SmartFMS financial system under Vision 2020 with the IMF. That experience in constrained, high-stakes environments shapes everything we design, from compiler internals to deployment models.
Designing Abe For Real Systems
Our founding team combines decades in enterprise software, compiler engineering, GPU programming, and government infrastructure. Abe was created as an AI-native interface programming platform, not a wrapper on legacy languages. Its three views, Vibe, PeL, and Pro, share one compiler, strong typing, and deterministic builds that target CPU, GPU, and WASM. That design keeps AI workloads auditable, performant, and ready for on-prem or constrained environments where reliability and traceability actually matter.
Engineering Impact At Scale
We build for two connected needs, trustworthy AI infrastructure and human-centered transition. Abe standardizes AI development between non-engineers, product teams, and ML experts, while the Fleet Kernel Registry compounds performance as workloads grow. On the human side, DISHA uses the same stack to guide millions of at-risk workers through AI-driven change with data-backed career paths.
